Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business model, FlyCleats does not offer open or change-of-mind returns.

Returns or refunds are only applicable in the following cases: • Product received is damaged • Manufacturing defect is confirmed • Wrong item or size delivered by FlyCleats.

Important conditions: • Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery • The product must be unused and in original packaging • Proof in the form of photos or videos is mandatory • All claims are subject to inspection and approval.

Refund policy: • Refunds are processed only if replacement is not possible • Advance payments are non refundable once the order is placed • Refunds are issued using the original payment method where applicable.

Cash on Delivery orders: • Refusal at delivery without a valid reason may result in order restrictions on future purchases.
