Warranty Policy

At FlyCleats, we take product quality seriously and aim to provide you with a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

We offer a 7-Day Damage and Manufacturing Defect Warranty starting from the date your order is delivered.

This warranty applies if: • The product arrives damaged • There is a clear manufacturing defect • An incorrect item or size is sent by FlyCleats • There is sole separation, stitching, or glue fault before any use

To claim warranty: • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery • The product must be unused and unwashed • The product must be in original box and packaging • Clear photos or videos must be provided for verification

This warranty does not cover: • Damage after use, training, or match play • Normal wear and tear • Size issues due to incorrect selection by the customer • Color variation due to screen or lighting differences • Water damage or improper use

Once approved, a replacement will be provided subject to availability. Refunds are only offered if a replacement is not available.
